Please be sure to include the following information when reporting a catalog error:

• ISBN or UPC code.

• Title

• URL to the item listing page on our site.

• Problem with the listing and the correct information that should replace it.

For example, if there was a problem with the book listing for "Harry Potter & the Goblet of Fire" such as the author being listed as Dr. Suess instead of J. K. Rowling, a good error report would look like this:

For your listing of "Harry Potter & the Goblet of Fire" (isbn: 0-43913-9597), the author is listed as Dr. Suess. It should be J. K. Rowling. This is the listing for the book: http://product.half.ebay.com/ws/web/HalfProductDetails?pr=1072270201

It is important to include as much detail as possible when reporting an error. Some books, for example, have been reprinted multiple times over the years, and have multiple formats (paperback, hardcover, large print paperback, etc) and all have different URLs and ISBN numbers, but the same title. Just providing a title and the problem with the listing may not be enough to find the catalog error. Providing all information helps us find the EXACT listing you are referring to so we can fix what?s wrong!

Note: Any catalog repairs are handled by a team outside of Half.com Customer Service.
