Half.com's policy on Seller Non-Performance focuses on the contract between Seller and Buyer in any transaction, and the importance of buyer satisfaction resulting from fulfillment of that contract. Sellers are expected to perform in a manner that results in a consistently high level of buyer satisfaction. If a seller's interactions with the Half.com community create unacceptable levels of buyer dissatisfaction, that seller has violated the Seller Non-Performance policy.
Violations of this policy by a Seller may result in a range of actions, including:

As a Half.com seller, it is important that your inventory is kept up-to-date. However, under the following conditions, it is permitted to cancel a sale:
![]() | The buyer and seller mutually agree to cancel a sale. If this happens, a refund must be issued within 72 hours of the sale date. |
![]() | Half.com Customer Support requests that the seller cancel the sale. |
![]() | Buyer has purchased item despite seller limitations such as no P.O. boxes or buyer wants purchase sent outside the United States. |
