Where can I find the status of my orders?

Your "My Account" page provides the most updated information on each order you place. To see details on any order, click the Purchases link on the My Account page.

What information is available for each of my orders?

Everything involved with each of your orders is summarized on the "Purchases" page. From this page, you can find all of the following information about an order:

  • transaction number

  • date the order was placed

  • name(s) of the seller(s) from whom you purchased

  • item(s) you purchased and their price(s)

  • shipping method(s) and associated cost(s)

  • the address to which your order was shipped

  • credit card to which your order was billed

You can also leave feedback for the seller from this page.

How much time does a seller have to ship my item?

Half.com requires sellers to ship items within 3 business days from the time the order is placed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Although our policies require that items be shipped within 3 business days, it is not possible for us to actively monitor this.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?

When you place an order on Half.com, the seller has 3 business days to ship the item. Once the item is shipped, the time to arrival depends upon the shipping method which you selected when ordering.

  • US Postal Service Media Mail usually takes 2 to 9 business days (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) but shipping times are not guaranteed by USPS.                            

  • Any form of expedited mail should take 1 to 3 business days, and in our experience may take 6 to 10 days.

To check the estimated arrival date for your item, follow these instructions:

  1. Click the "My Account" link near the top right of the page. You may be asked to sign in.

  2. Click the "Purchases" link. Your most recent purchases will be listed on this page.

    • If the purchase in question is not on this page, you can choose a past view from the drop down menu to the right next to "Period:" Then click "Go"

    • If the purchase in question is not on this page and you have the transaction number, enter it in the "Search Transaction" box and click the "Search button."

    • If the purchase in question is not on this page and you do not have the transaction number, you can locate the purchase by the Seller ID and clicking the "Search button."

  3. Once you have located the purchase, click the transaction number link under the Seller User id to see the estimated arrival date for this item.  If your item does not arrive by the estimated arrival date, you can contact the seller via email. Simply return to this page and click the "Contact Seller" button.
